The SEAVO R4 Family of Subsea electric actuators is designed to operate subsea valves though an API Class 4 bucket.

With a 25-year design life, this single channel compact unit weighs just 80 kg and operates up to 2700 Nm output torque at 3000 m depth.

Condition monitoring of Speed, Torque, Position and Communications allows Factory 4.0 on the seabed.

Integrated batteries can offer Failure mode operation and trickle charging from a 24 V/DC power source.

Our latest SEAVO to be fully qualified is the API Class 7 Bucket drop in version.

This unit is designed to operate at 3000 M depth for 25 years without maintenance. By utilising the SEAVO Class 7 on large ball valves the need for an internal gearbox on the valve is negated. This means that a point of failure is removed from the installation.

The retrievable SEAVO Class 7 has full condition monitoring, including partial stroke testing to allow the valve to be taken off its seat to check operational security.

The unit can be a dual channel version providing high availability and is a compact, low weight option compared to hydraulic installations.

The Subsea all-electric linear fast acting actuator, named SEAVO LF, is designed for direct connection to a valve stem for applications such as HIPPS, Anti-Surge valves and fast acting gate valves.

Factory 4.0 on the seabed due to enhanced condition monitoring to provide complete peace of mind.

Operating at 3000 m depth, the integral battery backup provides fail-safe capability.
