X-Mas Tree

We provide subsea electric actuators and fail-safe electric actuation systems for the operation of subsea valves on subsea installations including X-Mas trees to 3000 m below sea level. To accommodate “Fail Safe on demand” multiple valves must be closed with a SIL 2 integrity. For this purpose, a highly reliable drive system consisting of batteries and actuators will be available with full TUEV certification.

Manifold

Operation of Manifold valves by Subsea electric actuators allows reliable, repeatable and precision positioning along with condition monitoring. Uprating the architecture to electric actuators provides the ability to fingerprint the valve for preventative maintenance routines.

HHPU

High Pressure Hydraulic Power Units provide control fluids, grease and chemicals for Workover Control Systems (WOCS), Riserless and Light Well Intervention Systems (RLWI) and any other high pressure application at a pressure up to 690 bar.

Bundle

Providing Subsea electric actuators for Bundle valve control has the effect of standardizing the manufacturing program. Getting away from hydraulic lines and using electrical cable harnesses reduces manufacturing time, reduces commissioning time and increases the operability of the bundle. Factory 4.0 on the seabed becomes available.
